Please accept my sincere apology. Let us type the word “pointer” instead on the “Search bar” then select ” Change the mouse pointer display or speed” then the “Mouse properties” should come up, then go to the ” Device settings” it is on the last tab to the upper right of Mouse properties.

Please don’t worry we will be asking other independent advisors to contribute their ideas on this concern. I’ve been following the same set of directions and similarly do not have the “device settings” tab in the mouse properties window.
